Digital Presence (Cyber Series 1 of 6)

Tuesday, March 14, 2017

The first session of this series will serve as an introduction to the basics.  As a small business, what are the digital avenues at your disposal to make an impression and to grow your business online?  Several of these avenues will be further unpacked in following sessions.  In this course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential avenues of your presence online, the objectives each avenue can achieve for your business, and actions to unlock the power of each channel.  You will also develop the skills to identify your current digital footprint.  You will prepare a list of your current channels in an audit document, choose 1-2 priority channels, then set-up, and finally brand check or develop a list of actions for these priority channels.
