This workshop is especially designed for those businesses in the Rio+29 area anticipating how the financial staying power of their business might be affected by the most impactful stage of construction planned for spring and summer, 2016; however, its content is also suitable for, and is available to, any small Central Virginia business.
Learn how to assess your business’s financial health, to track key performance indicators and develop cash flow solutions you can pursue now to sustain your business operations throughout 2016. For businesses in the Rio+29 area particularly, it is critical to prepare NOW to ensure your business will have sufficient cash to sustain any negative impact that may occur.
In addition to the workshop leader, Betty Hoge, Director at the Central Virginia SBDC, a number of local banking representatives will be on hand to share their insights on preparing for the possibility of a temporary financial hardship. There will be plenty of time for Q&A and individual discussions.
