Louisa Business Bursts – Digital Marketing Basics – Part II

Monday, January 11, 2016

Join us for Business Bursts, a series of monthly educational workshops launched this fall by the Central Virginia SBDC in conjunction with the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce.

The first four workshops (Oct, Nov, Dec & Jan) are focused on improving your business’ online marketability and gaining a return from your online presence.   The first workshop (in October) focused on determining which Social Media platforms small businesses should be using, as well as which other digital marketing tools might compliment their Social Media choices.  The Nov workshop  focused on Social Media How To’s — how to utilize those platforms selected after the Oct workshop.  The Dec workshop began to focus on the topic of Digital Marketing Basics, starting with a focus on digital marketing through your website.

The January workshop is the second part of a two part series focusing on improving your business’ online marketability and gaining a return from your online presence.  If you missed the first one, no worries, the content is the same topic but not dependent on the prior workshop. Materials from Part I (Dec workshop) will be available to anyone attending the January workshop who missed Part I.

Monday, January 11th:  Digital Marketing Basics II – Learn how to increase the influence of your website through other online channels to reap exponential growth.  Topics will include harnessing the power of directory and review sites (including Google, Yelp & Trip Advisor), email marketing strategies, strategic AdWords campaigns, .
