Optimal Business Habits – Lunch and Learn
Do you want easier and more effective methods for managing your time, focus and finances? Come to our first Lunch and Learn of the year and take the stress out of your business resolutions for 2019!
During this one-hour session, you will learn evidence-based methods to:
● Create helpful technology habits for email, calendars and cell phones
● Improve focus and the shift between the daily hustle and long term planning
● Apply mindfulness at work
Please bring your business laptop or phone as this will be an active session.
Instructor: David Langner, M.A.
David’s instructions are grounded in neuroscience, psychology and
contemplative traditions, and emphasize evidence-based habit
formation techniques combined with mindfulness-based practices.
David holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies, and a bachelor’s
degree in Neuroscience. He has founded two small businesses and
brings 10 years of experience with project management, logistics,
budgeting and operations.
We’ll supply the lunch so you can focus on the learning!
This workshop starts promptly at noon in Room 235 of the County offices. Enter through the Visitors Entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Exit the elevator to the right and the room will be down the hall on the left.
