Second in this 3-course series,
QBO Foundations, Part 1 explores practical navigation through QuickBooks Online using a live, multimedia demo of the system. You will learn how to set up your company and itschart of accounts, manage users, enter sales and expense transactions, produce standard reports, record fixed assets and business loans, and learn how to work with your accountant or bookkeeper from within the system.Includes: Software:  QuickBooks Online, 1 year subscription 

Pre-requisite: Recordkeeping and Bookkeeping for Small Business (or equivalent)

Required equipment: Laptop computer (Windows or Mac with the minimum
operating system requirement requirements*).

*Computer requirements:
• Windows PC: Windows 7 or newer, Intel Core i5 or comparable processor (2015 or
newer) with at least 4 GB of RAM. Note: You need Adobe Reader 11.0 or higher to
print forms.
• Mac: OS X “Panther” 10.13 or newer.
• Internet connection: 3 Mbps or higher.
• Internet browser: Google Chrome is recommended for optimal operation

Fee:

• $199 for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Foundations, Part 1 only (April 29)
• $229 for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Foundations, Parts 1 and 2 (April 29 and May 5)
• $249 for both QuickBooks classes (parts 1 and 2) AND the Recordkeeping and Bookkeeping for Small Business class offered on April 22

Her 25-year career has encompassed private sector, higher education, voluntary sector, start-up, and entrepreneurial pursuits. Ellen is Founder and Principal of Octavo LLC and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
