Fork Union Commerce Park in Fluvanna County

The Fork Union Commerce Park, a Fluvanna County-owned site located just off of U.S. Route 15, is 132 acres of land waiting for development. The I-1 zoned site is planned to have approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of industrial space perfect for warehouse distribution, light industrial or manufacturing.

Fluvanna County is located just 25 miles west of Charlottesville, home of the University of Virginia, and 54 miles east of the state capital, Richmond. A 22-minute drive up U.S. Route 15 connects Fork Union Commerce Park to I-64. Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) and Richmond International Airport (RIC) serve the area and are about an hour and an hour and a half away, respectively.
