Thomas E. Lee Industrial Park Lot 10 in Orange County

Located in Orange County, Thomas E. Lee Industrial Park Lot 10, a Tier 4 site, sits on 17 acres of publicly owned land. Lot 10 is zoned I-2 with access to public water, sewage, broadband and CSX rail. The Thomas E. Lee Industrial Park is situated just off of scenic US Rt. 15 with easy access to I-64.

Thomas E. Lee Park Lot 10, a Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) certified Business Ready Site, is undergoing an upgrade to Tier 5. Current tenants include several national and international employers: Aquaphalt, Lohmann Specialty Coatings, Macmillan Publishers, St. Gabriel Organics, and Zamma Corporation.

The Park is conveniently located just five minutes from the Town of Orange, with Gordonsville to the southwest. Both towns are at the center of industrial activity in Central Virginia. Orange is served by Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (30-minute drive) and Richmond International Airport and Dulles International Airport (each a 90-minute drive). The Orange County Airport, a local public airport, is less than 15 minutes away from Thomas E. Lee Industrial Park.

Central Virginia is home to three higher education opportunities including the award-winning University of Virginia and two premier community colleges, Germanna Community College and Piedmont Virginia Community College.
